A: It depends on you, and how fast you submit all the required documents to underwrite. We usually have an offer to present within 24-72 hours.

Q: What are your rates?

A: Although we accept credits scores that are 480 and above, we will not know your rates until we do our initial phase of underwriting.

Q: Where can I find your application to get pre-qualified?

A: You can find our application on our website under our funding page, on the bottom left-hand side that says application

Q: I have a tax lien and low credit score on my business, can you still work with me?

A: Absolutely! We welcome a credit score as low as 480, as long as there is a payment plan in place, and proof of payments to IRS, we can fund your business.

Q: Do I need to sign a contract?

A: No! there are no contracts, only a signed agreement.

Q: What is E-commerce?

A: E-commerce allows you to accept all forms of payment on your online store.

Q: How do I know which service is best for my industry type?

A: Our industry professionals will discuss what your business needs are, and will break down what each product does. They will advise best service and equipment’s  to use for your specific industry type.

Q: How fast do I get the equipment’s and start the service?

A: Once your application has been submitted and approved (within 24-48 Hours), we then deploy the terminal via FedEx and provide a tracking number.

Q: I am a foreign investor, how do I take part in your investors package?

A: One of our licensed real estate agents will consult with you, and go over all of our investor opportunities.

Q: Why would a 1031 exchange be beneficial to my future investment?

A: A 1031 Exchange allows you to sell your investment property and reinvest in a replacement property in order to defer ordinary income, depreciation, recapture and/or capital gain taxes.

Q: Can I cross-collateralize when investing in a new property?

A: Our diverse lending, allows you the flexibility of cross-collateralizing your property contingent upon its status.

Q: Can we mix a real estate asset with my business portfolio for a loan?

A: Absolutely! We can lend off of a business with financials and collateralize your property for the maximum lending amount

Q: How do I know my files are secure when submitting my documents?

A: All the files received are on a secured monitored server.

Q: Are all the terminal and hand-held devices EMV-chip compatible?

A: Yes! All terminal and hand held devices are regulated by the payment card industry (PCI) Compliance.

Q: Do I need to pay a Real Estate agent to find me a house?

A: No! Real Estate agents are not allowed to charge a fee to find you a home.
